This immigration category of jobs is for applicants who obtained a full-time employment offer. From an employer in New Brunswick.

The applicant must receive a pass mark of 50 points to qualify in this program. This program is like the Federal skilled worker program. It is a point-based system. The points are awarded to the applicants. Based on the parameters of age, education, experience, language ability, and adaptability.

The applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • The hiring employer must demonstrate that he made all the efforts to find a suitable candidate who is a Canadian permanent resident or citizen.
  • The job applicant must be between the age of 22-25 age.
  • The employee's salary meets the New Brunswick Province's regional wage standard and collective bargaining agreements.
  • The job must also meet the employment standard of the New Brunswick Province.
  • The applicant must have the intention to live and work in The New Brunswick Province.
  • The applicant must have sufficient English or French language proficiency, which should be proved and demonstrated through a language test.
  • The language proficiency test is applicable if the occupation is categorized under C or D National Occupational Classification (NOC) Skill level.
The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee immigration Program understands the significance of the families being present with the applicant. This program category targets the persons who have close tie-ups with family members in the New Brunswick Province. The family members must sponsor the skilled worker. The eligibility requirements under this program are:
  • The applicant’s age should be between 22-50 years.
  • The applicant must be related as a non-dependent spouse or a joint law partner (should be a legitimate partner).
  • The other family members, like child/children, siblings, niece, nephew, grandchildren. Must be non-dependent on the Family supporter.
  • The New Brunswick PNP requires language test proofs. That is not older than 2 years when applying. This language test ensures that the applicant has sufficient language proficiency in English or French. To perform his intended duties.
  • For English proficiency tests, IELTS or CELPIP are accepted. And the French TEF test is accepted.
  • The applicant should provide proof for education: all the qualifications, certifications, and licenses needed to fulfill the job duties.
  • The applicants must have the intention to live and work in The New Brunswick Province. The job offer on-hand is not mandatory.
  • The employability is decided based on the training and experience in the related occupation. This also included relevant educational qualifications, certifications, and licenses.
  • A settlement plan should also be submitted to New Brunswick immigration officers for review.
  • The applicant should have 2 years of full-time work experience. Continuously in the last five years. To pursue the intended occupation in New Brunswick Province.
  • Canadian immigration law must recognize the applicant’s job or occupation.
  • The applicant should have at least 10,000 Canadian dollars. And an additional 2000 Canadian dollars for each family member.
  • The applicant’s job should be in skill levels O, A, or B. Under skill level C. And it should be under category 1,3,7,8,9. Under skill level D, it should be under category 1,3,7,8,9, as per National Occupation Classification (NOC).
  • The applicant should submit all the required documents. And forms duly filled as per the New Brunswick immigration rules.
The eligibility requirements for the family member supporting the applicant (family supporter):
  • The family supporter must be staying in New Brunswick Province.
  • The family supporter should have Canadian citizenship. Or hold a Canadian permanent residency.
  • If the family supporter has a business in New Brunswick. Then the business must operate for the past 12 consecutive months.
  • Suppose the family supporter is in employment. Then he/she should be working in the New Brunswick province for at least 12 consecutive months.
  • The family supporter should be self-dependent financially. The family supporter should not have filed for bankruptcy in the last 12 months.
  • The family supporter should participate in an interview with population growth division officers. The family supporters are also expected to assist the applicant in creating a settlement plan.
  • The family supporter can support one applicant at a time, under the NBPNP program. An exception to the rule is when a family supporter has to support more than one child.
  • All the individuals who failed to comply with the Canadian immigration requirements.
This immigration program is for all those applicants who aspire to set up a business by investing. The business aspirants must submit their business plans to the Canadian Government. Requirements to be met:
  • The applicant must be in the age group of 22 and 55.
  • The applicant must score at least 50 on the selection grid.
  • The applicant must have a net worth of $300,000.
  • Demonstrate that the candidate has a personal net worth of at least CAD 300,000
  • The applicant must make an investment in New Brunswick of $125,000.
  • He should be active in the business.
  • The applicant should have business management. Or business work experience in a financially viable company.
  • The applicant should create a detailed business plan. With a detailed business venture. With a good understanding to implement in the New Brunswick business environment.
