• You must have previous work experience.
  • The work experience must be highly skilled.
  • It must not be on the jobs published in the Excluded Occupations List.
  • It must be for at least one year over the last ten years.
  • The work experience must be full-time.
  • It must be relevant to your education and intended occupation.
  • It must be in an in-demand occupation in NOC 0, A, or B.
• Proof of settlement funds
• Settlement plan

• You must have a valid SINP Job Approval Letter.
• You must have a valid job offer.
  • The job must be permanent and full-time.
  • The job offer must be from a Saskatchewan employer.
  • The occupation must be listed in the NOC skill level:
    • NOC 8432: Nursery and Greenhouse Worker
    • NOC 8431: General Farm Worker
• You must have a valid work permit.
• You must be working for the employer for the last six or more months.

• Temporary Foreign Worker Program Or
• International Experience Canada Or
• Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program
  • The CLB score must be at least 4 (if you have a NOC C occupation)
  • You must have completed high school education
